To buy wholesale, all customers must have a valid resale license
issued by the state where the merchandise will be sold.

We accept Master Card, Visa and COD for payment. Net 30 is available after the first order with approved credit.

There is a $200.00 minimum on initial orders and $200.00 on reorders. There is no minimum on individual items unless otherwise noted.

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Volcano, California.
Shipments are made using UPS or USPS.

Delivery is usually less than two weeks for items in stock. We try to keep all items in stock, but the nature of these products means supplies are limited and therefore shortages will occur.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
If there is a price increase, we will try to notify you prior to shipment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, contact us within one week to obtain return authorization for either an exchange or refund.



Any discrepancies are to be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Broken items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and held with the original packing materials until notified by Applegate Lapidary as to disposition. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be well packed and insured against loss or damage. Return of merchandise held for more than one week is subject to a restocking fee to be determined at time of return.


Any custom order requires a 50% non-refundable deposit.
